Manufacturing is a sector full of opportunity—as long as leaders are inspired. Too many companies are led by people controlled by fear, rather than inspiration. There are so many dispassionate leaders, and I’ve made it my mission to inspire others to follow their passions and do things the right way, not the easy way.

Skills Gap
We’re all looking for experienced people. But with less skilled candidates and more demand, we need to start taking risks on people with potential. There are so many young, bright minds out there and businesses need to stop judging people by experience alone.
